Open Social lives through its modular structure, flexible configuration and the possibility to add further functions with the help of more than 10,000 available modules. If there is not yet a required functionality among the available modules, we will program this function individually for you.

Your community can run on our servers, your own servers or on servers of our hosting partners. Our servers and the servers of our hosting partners are usually located in Germany, but at least in the EU. If you want to run a global community and need servers outside the EU for performance reasons, we can make this possible for you. In addition, we have experience with hosting in China (mainland).

Thorsten Klein is your go-to expert for the technical implementation and quality assurance of online surveys. With over 15 years of experience programming surveys using tools like Confirmit, Spark 1 & 3 by Vision Critical, and LimeSurvey, he ensures your questionnaires are not only technically sound but also user-friendly and goal-oriented.
Thanks to his independent perspective on our community projects, he is able to objectively test new developments for usability, logical consistency, and linguistic clarity. This makes him a key contributor to the high quality and user experience of our solutions.
